What is the programme structure?

We will have an initial dietary assessment & data gathering period of 7-days. This is followed by in-depth analysis of your diet & training. We then have the first of four video meetings to review your diet and start to implement changes. From then, we utilise a data-driven approach, employing the latest scientific research, to adapt your diet & design your performance strategies, all aligned to your specific goals.

How long is the programme?

This is a 4-week minimum programme. Depending on your specific goals, 4-weeks may be sufficient. Typically, athletes make significant progress during those 4-weeks. However, if you have a specific event you are working towards or have longer-term goals, the programme can be implemented on a monthly rolling basis.

What will I have to do?

You will have to share your current training routine, physical activity levels and competition schedule. You must also track your dietary intake and fluid consumption on a weekly basis for the course of the programme. This can be shared via email or WhatsApp.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I APPLY?

Your application will be assessed and you will be contacted via email regarding your place in the programme and target start date.

CAN I BOOK A CALL TO DISCUSS THE PROGRAMME BEFORE APPLYING?

Due to limited places and high-demand for the athlete programme, it is recommended to get your application in first. Once your application is received, you have essentially reserved the next available a place on the programme. You can also select in the application if you would like an intro call to get further information before confirming your place.
