Tom Coughlin is a Consultant Nutritionist based in Edinburgh, Scotland.

His work focuses primarily on optimising physical performance and health in athletes and teams through education, environmental design and behavioural psychology.

Tom has worked with various physical performance departments to implement nutritional operations, strategy and advance performance.

Moreover, he has helped a number of higher education institutions to educate and upskill their students on Sports Science, Nutrition & Physiology courses.

Tom has previously led Performance Nutrition for the Scottish Rugby Union, and is currently consulting with Edinburgh Rugby and Hibernian Football Club to lead their Performance Nutrition programmes.
